Each Globe is checked prior to dispatch, and we know you will love it! However, on acceptance of your order, should you notice any quality issue please notify us within 3 days of receiving your Globe.
If you do wish to return your order, you have 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to post it back, in the original packaging.
We offer a refund for the Globe only, we are unable to refund delivery charges we have spent and returning the product is at your own cost. So please double check the item description and pictures on our Instagram thoroughly before purchase. Should you have any questions regarding Glam Globes please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
