Pre-Order Terms & Returns Policy

Stock Status

Please check the product description carefully before purchasing — it will clearly state whether the item is in stock or available for pre-order.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item is not currently in stock and will be dispatched during the week commencing 14th July 2025. Please note this is an estimated dispatch date and is not guaranteed.If you move before your order is dispatched, we can update your delivery address. To request a change, please email info@glamglobes.co.uk from the same email address used to place your order, and include your order number.

Returns

Each Glam Globe is carefully checked prior to dispatch — and we’re confident you’ll love it! However, if you notice any quality issues upon receiving your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.If you decide to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days, and return it within a further 14 days, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product only. We are unable to refund the original delivery charges, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check the product description and photos — especially on our Instagram — before purchasing.
