Terms and Conditions

All Glam Globe colours are in stock.

We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 working days from dispatch.

If you need your order for a special celebration or by a specific date, please email info@glamglobes.co.uk immediately after placing your order and we will do our very best to help.

If you move before your order is dispatched, we can update your delivery address.

Please email info@glamglobes.co.uk from the same email address used to place your order and include your order number.

Each Glam Globe is carefully checked prior to dispatch and we’re confident you’ll love it.

If you notice any quality issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If you decide to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return it within a further 14 days, in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued for the product only.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note we are closed for annual stock take from 7th–21st February.
Orders placed during this period will be dispatched once we reopen.
